Out of the box solutions were required to meet the clients expectations, the builders specifications and to maintain full operation of the louvre windows. A testament of our excellent workmanship, this project combines security and style, enriching the home’s allure while providing absolute peace of mind.
Design Brief / Scope of Work:
Our clients primary requirements were to enhance the security of their home with security screen products that would complement their digital home security systems and preserve the architectural integrity and aesthetic appeal of their home. The client also requested that the large sliding doors leading out to the Alfresco area be manufactured without a mid rail to ensure an uninterrupted view and to maintain the doors sleek and modern look. Consultation with the Builder identified specific requirements for security screens as specified in the Building Construction Code as the home had a BAL (Bushfire Attack Level) rating of 12.5
Our expertise and extensive experience allowed us to anticipate potential challenges and problems our customer hadn’t considered previously. We empowered them to make well informed decisions in regards to their security screen needs that were tailored to their needs and requirements. The builder was equally impressed with our exceptional workmanship, recognising that our expertise and experience were key factors in overcoming challenges and ensuring a successful outcome.
The installation of Prowler Proof ForceField security screens and security doors proved highly effective in meeting the client’s requirements. These screens seamlessly integrated with the home’s windows and doors, providing robust security without sacrificing the open and airy feel created by the louvre windows and Alfresco sliding doors. The ForceField screens offered exceptional suitability for the site, ensuring maximum security without obstructing the picturesque views and architectural elements. The products surpassed the design brief by striking a perfect balance between security and aesthetics.
